I Know This Road.
I've Walked Every Mile of It.

At a certain point, success can start to ask deeper questions

You can have the career, the responsibilities, the respect, and still feel something inside you quietly asking for more. Not more achievement. More alignment. More peace. More clarity about who you are and what this next season is asking of you.

That is the space where my coaching begins.

My role is not to tell you what to do or push you toward someone else’s version of success. My role is to help you slow down, listen more deeply, ask better questions, and move forward with intention.

About Troy Norman

The Career That Looked Like Enough

For more than two decades, I led high-performing teams at Microsoft, one of the most influential companies in the world.

I understood strategy. I knew how to drive results. I knew how to support people, build trust, and help teams move through pressure with focus and purpose.

From the outside, it looked like enough.

But I also know what it feels like to be the person others look to for leadership while quietly feeling disconnected from yourself. I know what it feels like to keep showing up, keep performing, keep carrying responsibility, and still wonder why the life you built no longer feels fully aligned.

That kind of question can be uncomfortable.

It can also be an invitation.

The Season That Woke Me Up

There came a point when the promotions, accomplishments, and busy pace stopped filling what felt missing.

What once looked like purpose had become something else. A productive way to avoid a deeper question I was not yet ready to answer:

Who am I when I take away the title?

That season did not break me. It awakened me.

I began doing the kind of inner work that does not show up on a performance review. I pursued ICF certification. I immersed myself in the Positive Intelligence framework. I explored what it meant to align my faith, my values, my leadership, and my daily life.

Not just in theory. In practice.

What I found on the other side was not simply a new career direction. It was a more grounded way of living. More clarity. More peace. More confidence in who I was and what I was here for.

That is why I built this coaching practice.

To walk alongside people who are ready to stop performing their way through life and start living with deeper alignment.

Beyond the Resume

I am a man of deep faith, a speaker, a storyteller, and someone who believes we were made for more than productivity.

We were made for purpose. Connection. Growth. Contribution. And the kind of peace that does not depend on everything around us being perfect.

I am also a husband, a traveler, and someone who genuinely believes the second half of life can be the richest half, if you are willing to do the work to get there.

I do not coach from a textbook.

I coach from a life.

A life shaped by leadership, pressure, transition, faith, self-discovery, and the steady belief that meaningful change is possible when you have the right space to do the work honestly.

An ACC credential from the ICF reflects a commitment to professional coaching standards, ethical practice, and ongoing development. It represents a verified foundation in coaching competencies recognized globally.

You're capable of meaningful growth

I believe clients are naturally capable of meaningful growth when given the space and structure to explore challenges honestly. Coaching is not about providing quick answers or imposing solutions.

It’s about helping you develop the awareness, resilience, and clarity needed to make decisions that reflect who you are and where you want to go.

The goal isn’t simply insight. It’s meaningful progress that feels grounded and sustainable.

Coaching works best as a partnership

You bring your goals, challenges, and aspirations. I provide structure, perspective, and support that helps you move forward with clarity and confidence.

Whether you’re navigating a transition, strengthening leadership capacity, or seeking greater alignment between your work and your values — coaching offers a space to think more clearly and act more intentionally.
