Coaching Cycle

The Homecoming Framework™

A coaching journey in four movements — from where you are to who you were always meant to be.

Most people who find me have already tried the surface-level solutions. A new role. A vacation. A better schedule. And for a season, those things helped.

But they kept coming back to the same feeling.

Something deeper needs to shift.

The Homecoming Framework is how that shift happens. It’s not a rigid program — it’s a guided journey with four natural movements, each one building on the last. We move at your pace. We go as deep as you’re ready to go. And we don’t stop until you feel the thing you came here looking for:

The freedom of finally coming home to yourself.

The Four Movements

1

See Clearly for the First Time

Before anything can change, you have to see what’s really there. Together we surface the hidden patterns, the Saboteurs, the stories you’ve been telling yourself — and you finally understand why you’ve felt stuck. This isn’t blame. It’s illumination.

2

Release What's Been Weighing You Down

Once you see it, you can release it. This stage is about letting go — of the exhaustion, the old identities, the pressure you’ve been carrying that was never yours to carry. This is where breathing room returns.

3

Connect Who You Are to How You Live

This is the heart of the work. We bring your values, your faith, and your daily choices into genuine alignment — so that what you believe and how you live finally match. This is where integrity becomes a feeling, not just a word.

4

Move Forward as Your Whole Self

With clarity and alignment come energy. Real energy — not the anxious kind fueled by fear, but the grounded kind fueled by purpose. This stage is about building the rhythms, habits, and mindset that carry you forward long after our work together ends.

HOW WE WORK TOGETHER

What the Journey Looks Like

Most clients engage for 3 to 6 months, with bi-weekly sessions and support between calls. Every engagement begins with a complimentary discovery call — a real conversation, not a sales pitch — where we explore where you are, where you want to go, and whether we’re the right fit.
If we are, we begin. If we’re not, I’ll point you toward someone who can help. Either way, you leave the call with more clarity than you had going in.

Clarity often begins with one honest conversation

A discovery conversation gives you space to pause, reflect, and name what may be stirring beneath the surface.

We’ll talk about where you are, what feels unsettled, what you’re hoping to understand more clearly, and whether coaching feels like the right fit for this season of your life.
